2. What data we collect
Through the «Plan your refit» form, the contact page, email and WhatsApp we collect: name, email, phone, role (captain, manager, owner), information about the yacht (name, type, length, port), details of the work requested and any files you attach.
3. Purposes
- Answering your requests and preparing quotes.
- Managing the commercial relationship and the services contracted.
- Sending information about our services, only if you have given your consent.
4. Legal basis
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request and performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Your consent, for commercial communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention
